Geboren 11-07-1976 te Schiedam, echter 18 jaar wonend in Rotterdam. Waarvan nu ruim vijf jaar samen met Annick Vuadens, werkzaam bij Primair Projekt voor kantoor en projectinrichting.

Ernst voorziet zijn gasten bij Kookstudio VanDeKooK van eten, drinken & gezelligheid samen met zijn neef David van Velzen.  Dit is tevens de locatie waar RT’46 haar maandelijkse vooravond houdt.

Passie voor koken is er nog steeds naast Jenever, varen, katten, lezen, fotografie & reizen.
